Bridget Seguin, M.S., LCPC, ADHD-CCSP
Therapist
Bridget Seguin holds a background in Counseling and Clinical Psychology and brings a compassionate, real-world perspective to her work with clients. While her academic training provided a strong general foundation, she has since pursued specialized certifications in Anxiety, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Bridget primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrating strength-based approaches and mindfulness to help clients build insight, resilience, and practical coping skills.
Her passion for counseling is deeply personal. Having faced her own challenges as an adolescent and young adult, Bridget understands what it feels like to struggle and not feel fully seen or supported. These experiences shaped her commitment to becoming the kind of therapist she once needed—someone who listens, empowers, and helps clients find their voice. She is especially driven to support children, teens, and individuals who feel unheard, guiding them toward becoming the versions of themselves they want to be.
Outside of the therapy room, Bridget is energetic and active. She enjoys softball, bowling, and bike riding, along with quieter hobbies like reading psychological thrillers, playing poker, and spending time with friends at game nights. She lives by the belief: “Be the change you wish to see in the world,” a mindset that continues to guide both her personal life and her work as a therapist.
