Bernadeta Mrowca Gangestad earned her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Christian College and is dedicated to supporting older children, teens, and adults on their path to healing. She specializes in working with eating disorders, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique experience.
Bernadeta integrates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with a client-centered approach, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her work focuses on helping individuals gradually face fears, reduce anxiety, and develop healthier relationships with food and their bodies, while honoring each client’s pace and personal goals.
She is passionate about helping young people build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self as they navigate recovery and personal growth.
