WayPoint
Evidence-Based Care Beyond the Therapy Session.
The Future of Connected Behavioral Healthcare
Therapy doesn’t end when the appointment does.
A client may spend one hour with their therapist each week—but they live the other 167 hours in the real world.
That’s where WayPoint comes in.
WayPoint is a connected behavioral healthcare platform designed to extend therapeutic care beyond the traditional therapy session—helping individuals practice skills, work toward goals, track progress, and stay connected to their treatment between appointments.
Behavioral Healthcare Has a 167-Hour Gap.
Traditional therapy is often episodic.
A client comes to an appointment. They talk. They learn a skill. They leave with something to work on—and then life happens.
Anxiety happens in the grocery store.
A trigger happens at home.
A difficult conversation happens at work.
A teenager has a difficult moment at school.
A coping skill is needed at 9:00 PM—not Tuesday at 3:00 PM.
WayPoint was created to bridge that gap.
Instead of limiting therapeutic work to the time spent inside the therapy room, WayPoint creates opportunities for continued, structured engagement throughout the week.
Care doesn't stop when the appointment ends.

WayPoint is designed to create a continuous bridge between clinical encounters and everyday life.

Why WayPoint?
Because behavioral healthcare is changing. The future isn't simply about having more appointments. It's about creating better-connected care.
It's about using technology to support—not replace—the human relationship at the center of behavioral healthcare. It's about making evidence-informed tools available when people actually need them.
And it's about moving from asking:
“What happened during your appointment?”
to also asking:
“What happened between your appointments?”
That is the space WayPoint was built for.
Created by a Clinician. Built for Behavioral Healthcare.
WayPoint was born inside Peaceful Healing Counseling Services, a behavioral health practice founded by clinician and entrepreneur Jennifer Chicoine, M.A., LCPC, C-DBT. After years of working directly with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, Jennifer recognized a recurring challenge: The most important moments in treatment often happen when the therapist isn't in the room.
WayPoint was created to help bring therapeutic structure, evidence-informed practice, and continuity into those moments.
Clinical experience meets behavioral health technology.
The Future of Connected Behavioral Healthcare
WayPoint represents a shift toward a behavioral healthcare model that is:
Connected.
Measurable.
Personalized.
Evidence-informed.
Accessible between appointments.
The therapy session remains important. But it shouldn't have to carry the entire burden of change.
WayPoint helps make the other 167 hours count.
